How To Make One Person On One Team and Mutliple People On the Other?

I am making a murder mystery map and I only want one person on one team and multiple people on the other, when we go to round 2 everyone from the surviving side now becomes the killers, how do I change it so there is always just one person on one team?

Hello Dynamic Merk, so in your case I think you need to team settings pad in devices and you need to do like initial team ratio. I am also creating a map which required this.
